I have a nice 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Sunland. I rent out two bedrooms- - one is furnished with antiques and has its own bath and rents for $800.00. The other one is unfurnished and would share a bath and rents for $725.00. This includes the utilities (Gas/Elec/Water/Trash), Cable TV, Internet! The garage has been converted into an office, great little yard, close to the mountains! I have pets, (dogs and cat) and would consider another cat especially. Great area, easy going people only!
