Room is in separate building from main house in "The Woods" subdivision in the hospital district. Sidewalks, bike lanes and close to bus stops. I have 2 connecting or separate furnished rooms over family/game room with workout equipment. Workout equipment includes tread mill, oscillating machine and weight bench with a few small weights. Includes Wi-Fi, high speed internet, TV, DVD, 3/4 private bath, linen and towels, hard floors and shared balcony. Water pressure is great. Prefer non-smoker. Your race, religion, color, national origin or sexual preference is your business and not mine. Just be and act like responsible adults and all is well. Singles, married, living together, with or without children is fine. I can provide additional bed or even 2 more furnished bedrooms available in main house if need be. All bedrooms have private bathroom, TV ect. We are both inoculated for Covid-19 and you should be too. 420 is fine but nothing more controversial
