We have a driveway, a side yard, a front yard, & a small side patio, on a cul-de-sac on a corner property. It's nice & quiet, right off main roads. You'd only need to furnish your bedroom. The landlord lives upstairs. He's very nice & laid-back. He's also handy & did a lot of the work himself updating the place before I moved in - new paint, new carpet, new toilet, fairly new kitchen appliances, new ceiling fan. The condo association is NOT annoying at all, which is great! I have a cat.
