Well, I'm studying for an Associate in Arts degree in Fine and Performing Arts. I am a musician, but I don't play loud and if there shouldn't be any playing I will gladly play somewhere else, I really don't mind. I'm looking for a cheap nice place, nice people, I don't do drugs or legal drugs, and I will probably not be in the apartment on the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), because I go almost every weekend and stay with my family in San Diego.
