My home is in a nice area; and it stays fairly clean. I do have a dishwasher but it is broken. I don't ever need to use it so I haven't tried to fix it. I have a yard keeper. I love to cook on the grill, so on occassion, a fringe benefit would be that I would invite person renting room to have dinner too.
