You will have a private bathroom, a garage spot, and a nice sized room in a new subdivision in the city. The house is only 4 years old, and I will supply DirectTV, high speed internet, and all utilities (included in your rent). I am closing on it at the end of September so I am looking for someone who needs to move in October or somewhere close to then.
