I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring of 2020 at Preston Square. You would be taking over your own room and bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a very nice couple in the other room. It’s a lovely apartment complex that’s right by a UTS and CAT bus stop! The rooms have a huge closet and you would also have your own closet for coats and shoes in the hallway. Rent is $712.50 + utilities. Parking is a 1 time fee of $30 and the parking lot always has open spaces.
