I would like to stress the house is UNDER RENOVATIONS at the moment, there is a bit to be done and we plan on getting it all done very soon. We are an extremely clean household otherwise. So if you are looking for a fully furnished and finished house, sadly you must keep looking. Prop 215 friendly w/ rec cards. Husband is a disabled veteran. We are friendly, easy going and like to keep to ourselves, so privacy and pestering wouldn’t be an issue.
