I'm a single 35 yr old male with a high school age child, Jacob (16). My son is living with his Mother in Marion Ohio and would likely only visit for 3 weeks in the summer months. My profession requires me to manage my accounts in the evening hours, I work until 11 P.M. I'm looking for a roommate that works during the day and is somewhat tidy. No smokers or at least not inside the house. I am rarely home but I value my privacy when I am at home; not anti-social, just prefer boundaries.
