I usually tend to keep to myself, and I don't make a lot of noise. I plan to be working close to full-time plus going to CCV, so it's likely I won't be in the apartment much. I like to have a select few people over (not at once), but they usually stay in my room with me. I'm great with cleaning, and you'll have on-site tech support if you need it!
