the Lodge is a very nice place that doesn't use gas so utilities are very inexpensive. We pay part trash and water and all of electricity but that would only be about 70-100/month and we would split it. The Lodge does allow you to have pets but I would require no cats allowed, I'm semi alergic. I do have a dog but he is very friendly. There is lots of grass, and it's easy access to the downtown area and Southpointe which is just south of the Lodge.
