I own the house (4 Beds, 3.5 Baths) and rent out two rooms to two others. The room is a DOUBLE Room (2 rooms combined by knocking down a wall and dry walling over a door) and another 10x12 bedroom + your own bathroom! FYI: Any military people reply, please let it be known that we are both officers and can't have enlisted rent from us so BE ADVISED ahead of time that we can't accept enlisted military roommates before showing interest!
