Access to shared family room that has exercise equipment and a gas fireplace. Access to kitchen, laundry room, dining room, backyard and outdoor hot tub. Driveway parking. My young daughter and I and two dogs occupy the home. We are pretty quiet and are looking to keep it that way. No overnight guests please.
