Hello, my wife and I are renting out two bedrooms in our home. The home is brand new, finished in December of 2020. The two bedrooms we are renting share a bathroom but have a double sink vanity and a separated shower/water closet area. Upstairs there is a loft with a tv for some extra living space incase you like to have some alone time. Laundry is also upstairs for easy access from the bedrooms. Lots of room in the kitchen and living room. Also small work out area in the basement.
