bedroom with own bathroom (not connected to room), there is a cat in the apartment however, it is the only pet allowed on the lease. the 375 does not include electricity and water. I am a volleyball coach so in the fall I am in and out, sometimes gone for a few days therefore you must like cats and be able to at least make sure the kitty has food while I am gone...but does not have to deal with litter box! :)
