Currently I am a night waitress and make steady money. Since I work at night, I'm an ideal roommate since I'm usually gone all night and sleep all day. Usually gone on weekends visiting friends. Clean, tho since I work so much don't usually have much time to spend on cleaning. I do have an indoor cat, but she is very quiet and has a liter box.
