Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is near Lenoir Rhyne University. Room is the master bedroom and has a private bath and lots of closet space. One person only. Non-smoking/vaping, as I have a severe allergy to both tobacco and pot in either form. LGBTQ+ friendly, race/age doesn't matter to me, though my preference would be another woman. Washer/dryer in unit. Half of rent plus half of bills (power and internet) would come to roughly $750 a month.
