Waterjet : 25 yr old Male

Looking for a room- I work early so would be leaving between 6 and 6:30 am. Handy around the house, good with car repairs too. I also cook. Need to be close to work - use uber to get around temporarily. Would need a place for a year at the minimum. Don’t go out much, but enjoy the beach, jet skiing, and fishing.
