Cute house in lakeside golf cart community. 1 BR fully furnished, shared bathroom. All utilities paid. Internet, community pool, screened in patio, plenty of parking. 53 y/o professional female - quiet, clean, work M-F days, board dogs on a very part-time basis. All my "dog clients" are well behaved - mostly weekends. (maybe 1-2x a month, no more than two), not a party animal, like to cook, BBQ, hit the pool, garden, go to the lake, kayak, go on walks, hang out w/ friends now & then, & movies.
