Nice a spacious room with hallway bath right next to Bed room. Room has a window to back yard that lets a lot of light in if the curtains are open. House is kept clean and picked up. I am an easy going, respectful individual and want a roommate to be the same. I spend much of my time occupied on hobbies, in the garage, cooking, or watching TV.
