Walking distance from the beach . the house is an old style beach house that is a bit rusty.Pets are fine I have a big back yard (must be friendly). I'm areally relaxed guy I have an occasional bbq with my friends that are very respectful no rude bilgerant rude drinkers here. For the most part I keep it pretty mellow I have no roomates its just me so we will be spliting a pretty good size house so lots of space and privacy.
