I'm a medically retired US Army combat veteran.I recently moved to FL to get closer to my parents which are getting up there in age and just want to be close just in case of an emergency. I'm applying for the PTA Program at the college of Central Florida. I have references from previous places I stayed and they will show that my rent was never late. I like to cook, work out, ride my bicycle, and go to the beach. I don't do drugs or drink. I have been told that I'm the perfect roommate.
