Hello, I am a 47 year old IT professional with 30 years experience. For the purpose of full disclosure, I just recently had a stroke but am fully capable of taking care of myself in every way. However, I’m looking to downsize to something a bit more low maintenance other than owning my home. I’m a very laid back and easy going guy.
