I am a University of Arkansas student graduating in 2025 and am looking for a roommate for the 2023-2024 school year. I live about a mile off campus and have a bedroom I am looking to rent out to another University Student. Rent is 550 a month with a utility split on top of that which includes electric, water, and internet. It is a 3 bed home with 2 rooms already filled and you would be sharing a bathroom with a clean roommate.
