I'm a mechanic, roommate is breaking lease in February. 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment. When he moves out I will be taking his bedroom. If you want internet, I'll pitch in, but none provided. Water included. Pets require fees. Roommate was a slob, so will need some cleaning when you move in. I have no ther needs, or late night requirements. I have dishes, furniture, etc... If you use it, clean it. Simple as.
