I REALLY need my lease taken over, it ends late May 2021! I live in the Oakwood apartments complex on Nord in a renovated apartment. The rent is $600 per room plus $70 – 90 in bills (Internet + PG&E). Bills tend to vary throughout the seasons. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. You will be taking over the second-largest room and sharing a bathroom with my male roommate. I have 2 roommates (M21 and F23) who are both very responsible. They always pay their portion of the rent and bills
