Looking for a house or town house to rent for a 6-12 month lease. Roommate preference is male or female. Would be willing to pay 500-600 a month plus utilities. A perfect scenario would be that the roommates would allow my friends to come over on the weekends but if not then I’ll make due. A basement would be a nice addition if not that’s fine too.
