Brand new house (build complete Oct 2021), two calm, adult dogs live here. The bedroom is fully furnished with a closet and queen bed, and private bath. The house has shared living room, dining room, kitchen and in-house washer/dryer. Appliances are electric; furnace is gas - included in rent. In process of developing outdoor landscaping for bbq/firepit. We'd love to have another adult pup around, but no cats, unfortunately. There is a third/unfurnished room - price negotiable for this room
