I haven't bought the house yet, so I don't know how much the rent will be - 1/2 all bills. This situation is "a single mom of 2 preschoolers looking to share with a single mom with 1 or 2 kids" I've looked at the rents in the area, and I personally think 1/2 a house is a much better value than one of those dinky apartments.
