Looking for a clean, quiet roommate. This apartment has 4 rooms--two for you, two for me. Your two are pretty secluded down a curved hallway, so plenty of privacy. Right now I have a bedroom and living room, my roommate has a bedroom and office. Rooms are pretty small, so it's not a great place to entertain guests. Big yard, big attic for storage, and landlord is very easygoing. Overall great place!
