The house is on a horse acre located in Reintree estates, Woodinville. It is secluded and private due to the trees. All new carpet, fresh paint and very comfortable. The room can be furnished or not. There are 2 fireplaces, a pool table. I tend to keep the inside of the house fairly neat and clean but have lost interest in keeping the yard up. I have one male roommate and would like a woman for the room upstairs.
