synops   My current lease will expire in October and I am just looking for somewhere to stay for a few months while I look for the right place to buy. I literally work 7 days a week so I pretty much just need somewhere to catch some rest. I am a pretty easy going person and get along with just about anyone. I will be putting most of my stuff in storage so I don't need much room. I do have a cat which is declawed and fixed but it can stay with a friend if it would be an issue.

kwaggoner   Rent costs I pay $500 a month plus $55 electric and $55 for water. I'd ask that you pay half of all bills so rent would be at the least $305 a month. A little about the apartment It is a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment (duplex) It has a refrigerator & Stove (plus a microwave that I bought). There isn't a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat in town. (couple blocks away)
