I am a young guy about to go back to college. I have rented before and I have learned a lot about living with people I may nopt know too well. I like to keep to myself for the most part. I currently live in a house that I rent a room in which the landlord lives in as well(not the best of ideas). I am looking for a place that is an equal partnership no one has more control over the apartment than the person. I like to watch TV and have my friends over. I do like to party but not too hard.

I take good care of myself and would be most liekly the perfect roommate for you if your understanding and trustworthy. Im scared of getting "japd" out on for the rent as i have never rented before.
