uvagal4   Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my private bedroom/private bathroom in a four-bedroom apartment (with four bathrooms). Each person is not responsible for the rent of the other 3 bedrooms. The lease can start in June, and runs until Aug 2005, but can just be sublet for the summer if needed. The rent is $349 a month, and includes water, cable, internet, and trash pickup. Gas and electricity are not included, but are split four ways. It is close to the University of Virginia,

The room for rent is a prvt one with access to the patio and parking lot directly behind us (ground floor). There is a full kitchen and a den along and everything is near by or on the bus line. Share upstairs clean bathroom with another male who just moved here from Kansas to work with 4-H kids. Full use of downstairs inc 2nd bathroom, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table suitable for dinners w/ friends. House is shared with cute dog who gets bathed 3 times a week. We are not clean-freaks but take care of our own stuff
