Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my private bedroom/private bathroom in a four-bedroom apartment (with four bathrooms). Each person is not responsible for the rent of the other 3 bedrooms. The lease can start in June, and runs until Aug 2005, but can just be sublet for the summer if needed. The rent is $349 a month, and includes water, cable, internet, and trash pickup. Gas and electricity are not included, but are split four ways. It is close to the University of Virginia,
