The house looks small from the outside, but when you get in there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 full baths. then downstairs there in a finished basement with 2 more bedrooms and a familyroom a full bathroom and laundry and storage.
jenners777   This apartment building only has 8 apartments in it, and everything's pretty quiet around here... we're in a very rural area, with lots of big, old houses surrounding us. We're fairly close to downtown Lincoln, but it doesn't take long to get anywhere else in town, either!

Lindybeth   A big Victorian house built in 1876, split into apartments in probably the 30's. Apartment is on the second floor. Off street parking for smallish cars. All utilities included in rent. Small pets allowed - but as I already have two cats more would probably not be a great idea

There is a washer/dryer in the unit and there is plenty of parking which is always a plus. The apartment is located in NW Lincoln. Its minutes from the interstate, park/bike trails, UNL and downtown Lincoln. The rent is $285/mo plus 1/2 of electric and cable.
