Besides the environment, it is very convenient too. 2.5 miles to West campus, within 5 minute drive to school, you could enjoy the last minute sleep every morning, and easily come back to have a nap between morning and afternoon class.....

The house is two story passive/solar with brick floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs on a wooded lot. I have a friendly black lab mix and two kittens. I have a dishwasher, wood-burning stove, cable, DSL, and washer/dryer. I am a smoker, but don't mind keeping it mostly outside. Rent is $350 + 1/3 utilities. DukeMeg   Very nice gated apartment complex, GREAT location near Duke, running trails, shopping, restaurants, and I-40. Plenty of free parking. Common areas of apt are furnished, but room for rent is not.
