pumpkinfreak   i live in an apt complex called dominion at walnut creek. the apt is downstairs away from the parking lot, it's also real quiet in this building. it's a two minute walk from lake johnson, they also upkeep the property regularly and spray for bugs often. i have the apt furnished, just not the other bedroom. everything is in great working order, the plumbing is great. i have yet to use the fireplace due to the heat. i use my cell phone so all the apt is lacking is a phone.

z_burton   The area is less than 1 mile from the NCSU campus, has access to the CAT and NCSU bus lines. THe duplex is a three bedroom 1.5 bath with stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and washing machine. High speed internet is hooked up with wireless network. Bedroom is 13 ft by 12 ft with a small closet. You would have two male roomates who are students. Rent would be 300 dollars plus a 1/3 of utilities. Lease would end at the end of June. Bainge74   Dominion Walnut Ridge, VERY nice community, mostly young professionals, grad students and families live here. Apt is on second floor, easily accessible. I tend to like to keep the open area decent looking, a little clutter is cool, your room is, of course your space, keep it how ya want, don't tear out the walls, don't attract roaches!:-) Me, I'm easy to get along with, just looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and has some common sense!
