tcostes   Looking for lower rent payments than I'm currently obligated to. I clean up after myself although I won't pick up after everyone. Looking for a cooperative household with financially responsible individuals. Other than that, I'm laid back and don't mind everyone having friends over or the occassional party. I play guitar so roommates may have to endure the practice although I'll try to keep it reasonable. Mutual respect is a big issue.
bonerinda   3 bedroom house w/basement and garage. it has hardwood flooring(extremely nice) and it has washer and dryer/dishwasher. we have two cats, well maintained, and the owner will not allow more. WILL NOT NEED TO BUY CMSU PARKING! its right next to campus. Major plus!!!
volleychris   bedroom with own bathroom (not connected to room), there is a cat in the apartment however, it is the only pet allowed on the lease. the 375 does not include electricity and water. I am a volleyball coach so in the fall I am in and out, sometimes gone for a few days therefore you must like cats and be able to at least make sure the kitty has food while I am gone...but does not have to deal with litter box! :)
