zocate   I haven't bought the house yet, so I don't know how much the rent will be - 1/2 all bills. This situation is "a single mom of 2 preschoolers looking to share with a single mom with 1 or 2 kids" I've looked at the rents in the area, and I personally think 1/2 a house is a much better value than one of those dinky apartments. vacaflaca   I have a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo. I have a dog and two cats. I have a basement and a garage but I usually park my car in it. I have a driveway or you can park on the street in front of the house. Your room can be fully furnished including a computer, bed, tv, and vcr. If you prefer to have your own things in the room that is fine too. We would share the master bathroom that has the shower in it. I am not concerned what you do in your room, as long as it is legal and non-destructive.
