The cost of laudry is detergent, we have our own washer/dryer in the basement. Kitchen has new wood floor, new stove, new microwave all installed sept 06, as well as all new windows installed about the same time. 350 is what I'm guessing is high end more or less.

tmrober   Hi I have a two bedroom apartment. the available bedroom is large with double closets. the apartment has A full bathroom and a half bathroom downstairs. washer and dryer will be available shortly after I find a roomate. It's an upstairs downstairs apartment.with livingroom and a combined dining area and kitchen . Back patio is private and yard space is shared with other tenants. It's a quite neighborhood.
