It is a beautiful apt complex with many extras I think. It is a quiet area considering it is only professional/graduate student living(although since I am a graduate student I do not think it matters) I have been here 2 years and do not really want to move since it is so nice. This is a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It has a nice sized living room area and a nice sized kitchen. The room available is near the front of the apartment and the bathroom is right across the hall. The actual complex is very nice. 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, and a nice clubhouse. It is gated with a guard at night.

I am the owner so things are VERY relaxed when it comes to tenant things, you dont have to worry about late fees...lol The rent is 400 plus half the electic bill, everything else is included in the rent.
