Entire first floor is what you would be renting. It will include a cable outlet and phone jack. You have a bathroom there and access to the washer and dryer.
I am a single mother with two children. I work during the day and we are home after 7 on the weekdays and most of the weekends. I am an outgoing person and enjoy people. I am respectful and will make sure to keep in mind privacy and work/school hours.

School is very intensive, so I can only work so much, and can only afford $350 a month (inlcunding utilities , etc). I am looking for a roommate near Gainesville College. I would like to live with a Christian female who is persuing a relationship with Christ like I am.
