jem3117   My roommate is transferring next semester, so I'm looking for an awesome new female roommate attending Truman to live with me and my dog. That townhouse is the perfect size for two people and a dog, the kitchen is larger than most. I have everything but a microwave, so you wouldn't need to bring anything for the kitchen, and my living room has a big screen TV, couch, coffee table, etc. All you would need to bring would be your bedroom stuff and your wonderful self!

Snow removal and yard maintenance provided by C & J Rentals. Rent does not include utilities. Rent is $530 total, $265 per person.

heromedel   Hi, my name is Louis. I am moving to kirksville but need a place to stay for a few months, while my housing loan goes through. Paying rent is not an issue as I have the money for that. I will be starting work soon to maintain proof of income for the loan but I am moving from Idaho and do not have proof of income locally. I like cats and do not drink or smoke but I am fine with doing so socially. I am respectful and polite. I am fine with having a male or female roommates neither bothers me.
