DKulp   The House is located just off of Briargate near Rangewood. No Drugs; don’t care if your room is messy but common areas Must remain Clean. You will have a choice of an upstairs or downstairs bedroom. We would Share a full bathroom upstairs but downstairs has a ½ bath. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on the North End but near a lot of stuff. The new wal-mart and home depo are just down the street. veggiejess   I own the house (4 Beds, 3.5 Baths) and rent out two rooms to two others. The room is a DOUBLE Room (2 rooms combined by knocking down a wall and dry walling over a door) and another 10x12 bedroom + your own bathroom! FYI: Any military people reply, please let it be known that we are both officers and can't have enlisted rent from us so BE ADVISED ahead of time that we can't accept enlisted military roommates before showing interest!

cinj   Oh, gosh. It's so pretty. The whole place is fairly new. I am on the top floor. Very quite, you can't hear through walls. Bathrooms and closets are to die for. White, off white color inside. Private rooms. Beautiful area by mountains.

If necessary I will confine my smoking to outdoors. I'm not a party animal, but I do enjoy having fun ( so it's ok if you like to party). Children and noise don't bother me. The bedrooms are on top floor. 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, but one bathroom is HUGE! :-) $270 or $335, depending on which bedroom. That's with ALL utilities included!!
