All Utilities FREE. I do have High Speed interent and that cost will be split with all roommates. My house is decorated very well and a great place to call home. My roommates do share a bathroom right across the hall from their personal bedroom with a very nice walk-in closet. The house is an open concept with the living room and kitchen being connected with valuated ceilings. I do have an outside patio with a grill. My roommates must like animals!

tri-level w/lower level basement laundry. Also large room on this level with bathroom directly across hall. 4 stairs lead into kitchen on 1st level. Kitchen, dining, living room (L shaped w/kitchen in center. Nice neighborhood, young familys with toddlers to teens. Close to 65 and 32.
