I haven't bought the house yet, so I don't know how much the rent will be - 1/2 all bills. This situation is "a single mom of 2 preschoolers looking to share with a single mom with 1 or 2 kids" I've looked at the rents in the area, and I personally think 1/2 a house is a much better value than one of those dinky apartments. I am a high school science teacher, so I get up too early and go to bed at a "reasonable" amount of time. I have two cats, and when it's a long break, I have a bearded dragon and some geckos, but I usually try to have students take them home (so it's usually only during the summer). I read a lot, so I have a lot of books. I'm not a party animal, but I am social. I usually go to friend's houses to be social. I have had roomates in the past and usually find a common ground to any issues.

I have an unfurnished room in my apartment that is available. I am easygoing and get along with most everyone, I can be fun an goofy too, but I can also besolitary and like to have my alone time. The neighborhood is quiet also, so someone who likes to party all the time need not respond. Don't want trouble with the neighbors. I would also like someone who cleans up after themselves as I am not a maid.
Besides rent, half the electric is the only other financial commitment. There is attic access

It is a decent size room with extra out of room storage. Quiet atmosphere with only 1 roommate. I like to have fun but usually go out. I work full time and am also a part time grad student so I am not home often.

I have a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo. I have a dog and two cats. I have a basement and a garage but I usually park my car in it. I have a driveway or you can park on the street in front of the house. Your room can be fully furnished including a computer, bed, tv, and vcr. If you prefer to have your own things in the room that is fine too. We would share the master bathroom that has the shower in it. I am not concerned what you do in your room, as long as it is legal and non-destructive.
