I haven't bought the house yet, so I don't know how much the rent will be - 1/2 all bills. This situation is "a single mom of 2 preschoolers looking to share with a single mom with 1 or 2 kids" I've looked at the rents in the area, and I personally think 1/2 a house is a much better value than one of those dinky apartments. I am a high school science teacher, so I get up too early and go to bed at a "reasonable" amount of time. I have two cats, and when it's a long break, I have a bearded dragon and some geckos, but I usually try to have students take them home (so it's usually only during the summer). I read a lot, so I have a lot of books. I'm not a party animal, but I am social. I usually go to friend's houses to be social. I have had roomates in the past and usually find a common ground to any issues.

You are probably wondering why I prefer girls. Well guys living together doesnt seem to work out. I dunno I seem to get along with girls better. Anyways I am a quiet type of person. Some would say kinda a night owl. I have lots of friends. Mostly we spend time playing poker or drink and watch tv. I am getting too old to party everynight. lol I would rather play madden into the wee hours of the night. I do work (waiter) and I plan to go to school hopefully this summer.
