Its an old house made into a duplex. 2 women live on the other side. Very nice. Was all redone right before I moved in last October with new carpet, paint, all new kitchen, and just about everything else. Still in good condition. I have the whole place pretty much decorated. Always willing to change though. has 1.5 baths, 2 B/R, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry room. Lots of storage space. If roommate takes her things, couches and washer and dryer will be needed.

the apartments are in a nice location, they have 600.00 carpets, a pool outside, and enough room for two people to stay. Would be splitting the rent so each month pay only $300.00 If you are interested let me know!

I live in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Fairview Heights, IL. It's located close to the MetroLink station and is only a couple miles from Interstate 64. The apartment is clean with a lot of space. It has a washer/dryer, fireplace, nice kitchen, patio, and big bathroom. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, pond, walking trail, and tennis courts. It's pretty quiet with a comfortable atmosphere. It would be expected that my roommate pay 1/2 for electricity and cable/internet.
