steph8888   Brand new condo. developement that just went up in Marstons Mills. It is a seperate unit though, hardwood floors, dining room overlooking a baseball field, kitchen, living room, etc. I am a 26 year old teacher that lives with my 19 year old brother. Looking for a young (22-35 yrs), professional who is reliable, a nonsmoker, and knows how to pick up after themselves. :)
aquabuttafly   The house is 3 levels with 6 stairs going up to the top floor and 6 stairs going down. The living room and dining room are fully furnished and have hard wood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted and have closets and cable lines in each. Both bedrooms fit a queen size bed easily along with a bedroom set. The washer and dryer are brand new and NOT coin operated. The deck is 30 x 30 and there is a big back yard with a horseshoe pit. 2 car garage with plenty of storage. Love it!
