Older home has character ... including a claw-foot bathtub, and high ceilings & hardwood floors in living room and dining room. You will have a bedroom and use of the house/yard. He is with me every i go in the house because he actually thinks i'm his mommy. But he makes friends easily. i am quiet, just go to work and come home, saving my money to get a vehicle. i don't drink but dont care if you do, i do smoke, but i'm trying to quit and would respect any house rules you have in place for that. i am neat and i mostly keep to myself.
